About the Program

What is the Incubator Manager Training?

The Incubator Manager Training (IMT) is a structured, hands-on 2-day program that equips incubation professionals with globally benchmarked skills to build, scale, and strengthen innovation ecosystems.

Developed in collaboration with UPEACE and anchored in real-world incubation practice, IMT bridges the gap between theory and execution for those managing or aspiring to manage startup incubators. Whether you are running a university incubator, a state-supported TBI, or an independent innovation hub, IMT gives you the tools to lead with impact.
