Stall Allotment & Culinary Setup
Stall allotment, hygiene inspection, and ingredient prep prior to live trading.
Marketplace Sales & Jury Tour
Teams run live food stalls and sell dishes to real visitors. Judges score taste, nutrition, pricing, and presentation.

Stitch to Startup: The Clock Starts Now
One fashion and lifestyle product brief dropped for all registered teams. Bring your own raw fabrics. You have three intensive days to design and handcraft a viable consumer product. The jury awaits on Thursday 21 January, and top teams win a free flagship stall on Fashion Row at Friday's Founder's Bazaar.
Products must be retail-ready with cost-sheets, target customer definition, and packaging mockups by 21 January jury review.
Brief Drop & 72-Hour Build Sprint
Teams receive the lifestyle brief and upcycled textiles. 3 days to design and handcraft a retail-ready product.
Jury Defense & Cost Viability Review
Teams present the handcrafted product with costing, price, and target customer before the jury.
